SWM Department of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation is an organization working under State Govt. / Central Govt. of India. The department has hired AG Enviro Infra Projects Pvt Ltd for collection, transportation and processing of Construction & Demolition (C&D) Waste in Western Suburbs of Mumbai. AG Enviro Infra Projects Pvt Ltd has developed this app as a free app and is intended for use as is for the Citizens of the City.

• User Location Details: Used to determine and provide information regarding the user's current location and the respective ward, leveraging GPS technology.
• Phone Number: Collected for user identification, account creation, and for sending OTPs during login or other verification processes.
• Device or Other IDs: We may collect unique device identifiers (such as Advertising ID, Android ID, IMEI, BSSID, MAC address) to improve our Service, for analytics, and to ensure the security of our systems.
• Calling Services: Rights to make a call during emergencies.
• SMS Services: To auto-read OTPs sent at the time of logging in.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your data, please contact the admin at agbmc.cnd@antonywaste.in. We will process your request promptly and remove your data from our systems unless it is required for legal or operational purposes.

Permissions Accessed

Location: To access location and to provide information to users regarding their current location and the respective ward with the help of GPS technology.

SMS: To access SMS to auto read the OTP sent at the time of logging in.

Photos/Media/Files: To access “View Map” Feature of the application, this will help users to view and confirm their current location for timely collection of C&D waste.

Phone Number: To enable user identification, account creation, and verification processes through OTPs
